Take control of Ding Chavez, leader of the world’s premier anti-terrorist unit. A Russian group has decided to start a war to restore the former Soviet Union to its previous glory. They’ve kidnapped rocket scientists to obtain their devastating technologies, and Team Rainbow has to stop them.
